Yes, I have dealt with the EEOC on a job related complaint. I don't know what the facts are in your case but sometimes it's very difficult to get them to act. Most States require a person with a complaint to file with the EEOC before starting a law suit. They are given the chance to correct your situation first and if that doesn't work then you are good to go with a lawsuit.
