Seriously...

Employers want experience. How do think we’ll get it? We’re told to go for our dreams only to become robots for people who don’t care about as individuals. No thanks.

I’d rather work for a smaller organization. Family style.

Smaller organizations need innovation in order to grow. Whereas larger organizations have a maturity that can, at times, hinder progress. However, independent of a company's workforce numbers..., you're looking for an environment where you can collaborate, share, profit decently, and innovate. If you're surrounded by a group of leaders who favor profit over innovation, that's going to spell dissatisfaction for those who need to create. Therefore, you'll want to look for others who are willing to dive into cutting-edge projects. There is something that may be of help to you when you're facing the need to fill in natural work gaps. Hold firmly in your mind the belief that "There's a company out there that will hire me, and they will give me the training and experience I need in exchange for me helping them reach their targeted revenues." After all, on a planet of 7.6 - 7.6 Billion, there's bound to be an opportunity (or more) available for you."

I understand completely. But if you go to work at a smaller family operated business, you will more than likely not have a very good benefit package......if there's any at all.

Always wondered how can I get experience in my field if no one gives me a chance.
