Amazon At-Home Seasonal Customer Service--NOT AS HONEST AS EXPECTED

After completing the full Amazon job test and supplying personal info, an e-mail arrived with a notice of "not moving forward with your application". No reason--no explanation--after capturing far too much personal info like SSN, military info, etc. Exceptional miserable way to capture private info--and not so much as a single explanation. I am not inexperienced or business ignorant just having been forced into any unwanted retirement after 35 years of owning my own corporate entity. Yes, I know that you need to click through to give them every right in the world but I thought that Amazon would at least send some sort of standard professional reply while they play with your privacy out on the web. Respectable big business Amazon?? NOT with this type of throw-away attitude, putting people more at risk with their callous foundation of "Only Amazon matters". They don't do that in their try-out tutorial examples or when they solicit you every day to use your Amazon credit card. At this point any job with them would be worthless--giving how much personal or corporate responsibility they don't have. Only the $$$ matter huh?--not people that gave you that money!

At least you got a response. I've sent out hundreds of applications and received no response. Not even a standard "thanks but no thanks" auto reply.
