Nine and a half years on the job push 55 older worker and they're hiring from the local technical school people that are not competent they lay me off like a punch in the gut a kick in the teeth my bills don't stop I feel that I've been targeted because these certificates they have Tumi seem to be useless when you cannot read or know how to use a micrometer a pair of Vern years how many lines on the scale how many lines that's what's a b*******., because I work for a company that owns several small businesses the stockholders from Texas all they care about is their bottom line this practice should be illegal andaz mr. Trump being president I certainly hope that things will get better for me I am now unemployed 16 weeks somebody please help
Unfortunately, money is a pretty important thing when running a business. They have to make sure they have enough coming in so that they can send it back out in bills, paychecks, etc. If you seem to be costing them too much, their going to look for something cheaper. It sucks, but that's what happens.
