Does anyone know how you can file a grievance against a job for making false write ups

YES! TRY YOUR "HR DEPARTMENT" FIRST! BUT IF YOUR "HR DEPARTMENT" DOESN'T WANT TO LISTEN TO YOU, IF THEY ARE NOT ADDRESSING THE PROBLEM OR JUST PLAINLY NOT LISTENING TO YOU; THEN TRY YOUR LOCAL "EMPLOYMENT AGENCY/EEOC" AND THEY WILL INVESTIGATE THE SITUATION WITH OUT USING YOUR NAME. LET THEM KNOW THAT "YOU WANT TO FILE A GRIEVANCE AGAINST YOUR EMPLOYERS OR AGAINST THE PERSON THAT IS WRONGFULLY WRITING YOU UP"! LET THE "EEOC" KNOW THAT "YOU WANT TO DO THIS ANONYMOUSLY"! TELL YOUR COUNSELOR THAT YOU WANT TO FILE THE GRIEVANCE AGAINST YOUR EMPLOYERS. AND YOU WANT TO FILE A GRIEVANCE WITH THE "EEOC"! BECAUSE ALL EMPLOYERS HAS A RIGHT TO WORK IN A SAFE ENVIRONMENT, WITH OUT THE EMPLOYERS BULLYING YOU. I HOPE THAT THIS HELPS. GOOD LUCK! AND IF YOU DON'T MIND LET ME AND OTHERS KNOW THE OUTCOME. BECAUSE IT'S NUMEROUS EMPLOYEES GOING THROUGH THIS TYPE OF ENVIRONMENT AND DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO.

Call DHR.they can check they ruled and policy to find out who is right.

I would call Morgan and Morgan. They will be honest with you and tell you if you have a case or not.

Where is the job located?

Personally I feel if it's going to be a very difficult thing for you to fight against. Unless you have extremely good documentation. I mean what were the write-ups for if you don't mind my asking? Where they for some type of performance issue or tardiness or not showing up or what were they for? If you can't prove it that they're false you don't have a leg to stand on I'm sorry to tell you. But usually when you are written up you have as an employee the opportunity to rebut the write-up in tell your side of the story. If you have an HR department I will contact them that's the first place you should turn to actually. Because even if you were to contact some other outside agencies such as the EOC or the Department of Labor, that's the first thing I'm going to ask you if you've contacted or discussed with your HR department.

You need to go where your celebrated not talorated, keep your head up your very important to others more than you know!
Do they have a HR dept???..If anything contact a senior dept head..
