I have a lot of experience more than 15 years in manufacture fashion design. The industry has changed a lot and I no not speak mandarin. It's frustrating when I know I can help a company.
I feel my resume is not being seen. Having to pay to get your resume to be seen I think is nuts.

Um. You do speak Mandarin or you don't speak Mandarin. Which is it? Trolls are going to get on here and say you 'no not speak English'
