I did an online application for a job and they called me a week later for an interview and I went to it and they were having an inspection the day I was asked for an interview and told me that they will call me after the inspection was over!! And they never did. Why would they do that smh

Call them and explain the situation I'm sure they will set up another interview
Best bet they probably had more than just you planned and it just caused them confusion too.
If it's not too late call them and show your interest and remind them that you had an appointment for interview.
They will probably do one of two things, be grateful that you remembered and even took initiative to call them... Or ignore the whole thing.
Either way it's in your best interest honestly.

Because they don’t know what they are doing because they told me every other weekend 12 hour shifts well it was every weekend & with one day off

They may have gotten in trouble...so it might be a good thing you didn't get called bacm
They should have to go to test them. Management. There not all that. See if they shouldn't be managed. Can they do there job.
