Attending company parties an unwritten but mandatory rule or do I really have the Freedom to choose? This is my first “official” job so I don’t want to be singled out for not meeting all my job responsibilities. My co-workers are cool but I’m just not a party person. Having a choice without being penalized or labeled antisocial would be nice.
