Yes I am versatile, i can work on a team and independantly

I have spent the past 8 years working as a succesful project manager. Working with a diverse client base provides the ability to not only lead people but also to continue finding ways to do it better and that was very intriguing to me. I also worked on many solo projects and found the right ways to keep myself motivated and focused on progress. I am confident that I can be productive in both a team environment and by working myself because I have proven it in the past and can adjust either approach on the fly.

I enjoy working in a team environment; for me there is no such thing as a sole-venture, every venture is successful because of it's team efforts. There maybe times when we have our solo moments; however, the end result 'IS' a result of the team and all efforts put forth. Let's not forget that within a team/group there are many minds at work; many minds equal many ideas, and many ideas equals a better more efficient venture.

Yes because working with a team gives a person a chance to get to know the strengths and weaknesses of others on the team. It allows for leadership and followship,

I think that working in a team environment brings unity to the project or mission at hand and it also bridges the gaps in between the eihnic barriers.

I enjoy working in a team environment. I do now in the tax offices and marketing where I work. I never believed I would be so good at marketing but with the right team members it is easy to do. When working with a team you can all pull each other strengths and become a great team to preform whatever duties your employment requires. I think being a team member give a person more confidence also because you know you are not alone.

I always say yes, that you can't win as a company without a good supportI've team behind you. I also let them know I am autonomous and confident in my skills but know when to ask questions and that I take responsibility for my own decisions.

I am equally comfortable working as a member of a team and independently. In my previous position there were some assignments that required a great deal of independent work and research and others where the team effort was most effective.
