68 and no response
Ha! I have been reading all the conversations. Try being 68 and looking for a job. I worked as a property manager for 15 years, just relocated to Las Vegas,NV, and I have been told I don't have the qualifications for an assistant property manager job - Hmmmm - You think my age does it? I still have a lot to offer.

Hi, Estelle. Well that is just blatantly false! You absolutely have the experience to be a great property manager. Some hiring managers can't bring themselves to say exactly why they're not hiring you, so they'll lean on "not enough experience." It also wouldn't hurt to take another pass at your resumé just to be sure that you're selling your experience as best as you can. I'm also so glad that you realize that at 68 you still have a lot to offer because ABSOLUTELY you do and don't forget it! Best of luck to you!
