Advice

Hello all first let me Begin by saying that I am using speech to text on this so forgive me for any misspellings or any punctuations that are not correct..... I'm currently employed by an automotive dealership, and about a year ago that decided to add another dealer to our existing dealer the other dealer is a different franchise of course now I have been running both stores for over a year now, with no extra income, no bonuses, no perks ......would I be wrong to go to the owner and ask for some sort of incentive for what I am doing ? I totally understand that for the first three to six months while the dealer gets off the ground income is not there but it's open for a year now so it is making enough income to sustain itself so my question would be would it be wrong for me to go to the owner and ask for a pay increase..... now when we first opened the dealer owner told me that something would be worked out for me there was no time or should I say date set for that..... I would love to hear everyone else's input..... thanks for your time

Absolutely not! You should definitely talk to them about it. Focus on the work you have been doing and how you've done a lot more from when you started. Good luck.
