Had a great interview, very positive and gave me ever indication the job was mine. Offered me 22hr to start with amazing benefits. I have a 5 yr run of trouble on my record. I was very upfront about it. 10 years of working hard to make amends for my past. 10 years of not so my has smoke, I did my time and paid my debt for my transgressions. The man told me, I've gotten people with worse hired. After 2 calls, 4 day and 2 emails later.... I received an email that said... Our company has decided not to offer you employment. That was all nothing else. Needless to say it was a devastating experience. People wonder why people go back to drug and crime.... It's sad that there is no grace in this country any more...
