Ernest Hendricks, I believe you when you say you've been looking and haven't been interviewed.

I was speaking from a general standpoint of a business wanting to make money for themselves and not pay employees a wage that matches their abilities and experience. It is all about the company's making a profit!

I have found for myself, through trial and MANY errors that I need to have at least 3 seperate versions of my resume. Each one is heavily concentrated on different skills and experience I have. It has bumped up the number of interviews I have been called for, but I have not been selected for any of the jobs. I will pray that you find a position soon, I know the struggle can be soul crushing.

I don't believe so. They have a specific description of job duties and responsibilities listed, and possibly only have a budget for a candidate with those abilities. Most companies and businesses hire individuals whose skill set won't exceed what they will be able to reasonably pay.

You should get his a** fired because you have great experience and should've got hired with no hesitation because you were very experienced at that job they wanted you to do for them seems to me like the manger has no experience because they got rid of a great experience worker who already knew what they were already going to do in their job
