Time to be my own boss
I’ve been looking for employment since January of this year. I’ve attended job fairs and work shops to try to get an understanding on what I’m doing wrong with not at least being called for an interview. I have a bachelors degree and currently working on a Masters Degree in business administration. So, I’m not giving up, I’m going to prevail as I’ve decided to start my own business. I have the motivation, skills, most importantly innovation to achieve my goal. I’m telling everyone please do not give up because that’s the easy way out. Continue to be strong and we need more entrepreneurs in society.

I totally agree with you decision I am doing the same thing right now Left the company that I worked for 15 yrs. I am so ready for my new journey Thank you god..

Good luck on your journey

May this journey of yours be great

Good for as I'm doing the same I think is the best smartest way to go about fixing our situation. I wish u the best on whatever u decide to do.

I worked for Select Staffing for three years from 2001 to 2004.
I thought that if I worked hard and went the extra mile, I'd get noticed and offered a permanent position.
Never happened, not even close. I've come to believe it's who you know and not what you know that's important.
Temp jobs lead to more temp jobs and always that two or three weeks between assignments--it's not constant work. I tried to get directly hired by a large manufacturer, and they just referred me to a temp agency that did the hiring for them.
It's a mugs game.

Have you tried temporary agencies to find work? Sometimes a temporary job can lead to permanent employment. I don't know about your college instructors, but that's another field you might consider with your Master's degree. I wish you the best!

Good luck! I have a bachelors in management and masters in accounting, I graduated masters in 2009 and had resume changed 3 different times. I always get people to review resumes and very few interviews and zero offers. Not sure what problem is but word is that instructors were lousy and unethical however, I would back all my instructors as the best I have ever had come across. I think the big problem is that when I went there was no intern program so no proof of practical experience also I did not network which I think is very important!

It's possiblethey are afraid you'll leave when you get your masters.

Super
Look 10 years in Dietary h ell. I am leaving. Slave work. Do your thing!!
