Disabled also

Hi there I'm disabled as well I have nerve damage in my legs from chemotherapy I'm a cancer survivor I cannot stand on my feet for more then 20minutes its been very hard to find a job I don't know what to do no one wants to hire me I also use a scooter and they all said I could not use it here . Do you or anyone have any suggestions thanks ...I live in alexandria virginia thanks a bunch lisa lynn

Try Walmart every time I go at my local Walmart they have a guy in a wheelchair at the door where he greets people.

Try Lowe's Home Improvement. They have a diverse group of employees. The store I am employed at has an employee who is disabled and in a wheelchair. People who have gotten hurt are also accommodated. I'm a cashier and broke my collar bone. They put me on self check-out because I couldn't lift anything, a requirement in lumber which is my normal department. Try your local Lowe's. Best of luck

Thanks for the email lisa my name is also lisa and I am disabled due to nerve damage in my legs in can not stand on my feet for more then 20 minutes its really hard to find a job where I can do a sitting job doing a cashier job or something when you become disabled I fill that they don't want you will is there any one that can give any suggestions please I'm rapidly losing hope thanks a bunch alexandria virginia gal lisa lynn
