Pharmacy Technicians nation wide are under paid? Why?
There are responsiblities, that can completely change a Pharmacist or the Doctors workflow. We sometimes make life or death decisions. I have many responsibilities a nurse has. Yet I get paid less than, the Walmart stocker. I respect all jobs, I just don't understand why no one has made this change in our generation? It's you're family who is possibly next to need health care to save that particular life. What if you're family member died, bc we simply are underpaid and overworked. If a Tech makes $14 an hour statistics show over 80% were in overtime? Help point me in the right direction to make this better for our fellow Hero's! We are suffering down here and I want the world to know and understand it!
Techs across the country need to unite we all can determine and dictate what is fair amongst services rendered.

Did you research what Pharmacy Techs make before you earned a certification and made this your career? If you did, why worry about changing the world after the fact? If you didn't- that's a hard life lesson. Sounds like you should get back in school and become some type of nurse if that's where the cash is. Best of luck!
