Down right upset.
I have applied for several jobs and I have also landed the jobs. I am a very detail organized person. I believe in doing my very best. I don't believe what I have seen on these jobs I have had. These managers just throw you to the wolves. There is not enough training that they give you while you are onboard. I was sent home after one week of training. I was told on one of my jobs that I wasn't catching on fast enough but during the whole time of training I was told that I was doing great. I felt so confident in myself that I was doing a good job. I did'nt miss one single call coming into this call center. I don't know what happen. This is very disappointing to me. I'm so frustrate with these jobs especially when you give them 100% of dedication and all your time.
Hi Cynthia, that sounds incredibly misleading. Did you speak to the person who told you that you were doing a great job during the training? I am sorry they didn't give you solid feedback or mislead you because frankly, you deserve better than that! Don't be disheartened, that just means that is not the best job for you and is giving you an insight into what it would be like working for them.
