Waiting on employers to make up their minds!!
I am slowly going insane right now. The stress of bills looming, and temping to make ends meet.. I feel like jumping off a cliff. I'm currently waiting on an in-person interview with United Healthcare Optum, which would be my third interview with them. Also waiting to see if I got another job I interviewed for at WSSU. Finally, I was connected with someone through a friend of mine for a job at the hospital near me. HR supposedly tried contacting me a week ago, but didn't have my correct number. The guy from the hospital must be on vacation because I've been told to call him directly, and he never answers. Blah!! This has been the hardest year of my life since relocating from NY to NC. Sheesh

Hi there,
I feel you! Sometimes when it rains it pours and everything happens all at once. Moving and finding a new job must be a tough process I am sure. Don't jump off any cliffs, remember DEEP breaths and focus on the fact that you have opportunities.
Even though it might me difficult, it's important to keep your mind in a positive place. This will carry through to that last interview you are having. Push all the negative out of your brain and ask yourself, "what is good right now in my life?" Plus, if they had you in for three interviews then chances are they really like you, so make sure to do your best to impress them! Smile a lot and be personable while making sure to highlight those skills for the job.
If that person from HR isn't answering the phone see if there is anyone else you can speak to directly OR email with your correct contact info. These things happen unfortunately, but it can be fixed no worries.
Keep us posted on the job interview. I am sending you good vibes!!!
I might not know really how you feel because I'm still a teenager who never moved but I do know the stress my family is going through a hard time with money and struggling with food and bills. It is hard but always remember that there is someone who is going through harder times. I know you can get through this and if the people don't call back show them that you don't need them. :)
