My worst mistake was trusting .. The mangers.. poor leadership ..no experience ..I had more experience than Everyone .(.I was Shark in a fish bowl working with gold fish ..) meaning no one was on my level .. working with grown men with 5 year old attitudes ..i broke my hand had a Dr note saying I can't work they fired me ..I went from 10$ to 14$ a hour.in 4 months... The GM at Stinky's parised me in the beginning..but he fired me ....not only that now's he telling other close friends other restaurant managers ... telling them I wasn't a team player I cus people out I walked around like I ran the place .... which was a lies ..
