Take Care of Yourself

I've been feeling like there's a lot of negativity and know it's taking a toll on me, so it must be for others as well. I ran across this the other day about how to really take care of yourself and though I'd share with everyone else. Job searching can be hard and I think we forget about ourselves sometimes. I hope this can help someone here. http://www.huffingtonpost.com/jenny-santi/a-beginners-guide-to-real_b_12156982.html

Remember that saying No is not just for outside activities, say No to extra assignments at work too. Stretching yourself too thin is one of the biggest stressers we have.

If you are telling us about learning to love ourselves why are there two fingers on the picture, instead of one finger with a big whole heart. It is kind of wired.
