When I first started working here, the Company gave the Event Specialist all the latitude that you needed in order to get the job done and at the end of the day, the sales were through the roof. That is why this company became so successful so quickly. Here we are 7 years later, I am the Club Supervisor, and they have managed to swing the pendulum 180 degrees, whereby , everything that you do in the club is Micro-Managed, right down to taking pictures of each and every event in real time everyday!!! So, needless to say, the sales are in the toilet, the moral is the handle on the toilet, which is stuck in the down position, and what has to get flushed is the management itself on the Corporate Level.They have systematically sabotaged just about every operation we have!!! We need to get back to what made this Company great!!!!: SALES, SALES, AND MORE SALES. NOT MICRO-MANAGEMENT.
