I don't have any good recomendación about. I am almost out the facility I am working for... We don't have the right to get sick because they give you a write up if you call in sick.. either if you try to ask for a day off nobody help you with.. I hope they change the rules because the employee don't stay for to long working in this place.. is my first time I have a bad experience working the Cna.. people know how Cna work is a hard job.
