I worked at The Fresh Market for 7 months & loved it. I had regular customers and enjoyed doing my job. My problem was my deli manager, she was new to the store. She brought alot of her personal problems to work. I was getting written up for personal and unruly things resulting in my termination. But I feel like if both my deli manager and store manager didn't write me up for personal reasons I would still be there cause I was and still is a great worker.
