I know I am not the only person that is over 50 and looking for work. I thought that with well over 30 years of experience in the clerical field, I would have found something by now. I am even applying for positions that I have no experience in, thinking that maybe they would be willing to train. No responses. I hope that things in California and the country change for the better regarding hiring over 50 plus people. Something needs to change!
