There are a multitude of specialties in nursing. For the RN I can think of at least five. I however am what they called an LPN. some people have a problem with LPN's, but there is one funny thing their attitude changes when a LPN saves there life or, patches the person up for the ambulance ride from a skilled nursing facility to the trauma center. The truth is all nurses have been trained to do one thing patience compassion to the ill. At least I was.
