Hi Jessica, seems like you are doing a great job already, I will say just always show empathy towards the customer, let them know that you understand where they are coming from. Establish a rapport with the customer so they know they can trust you and you gonna do what you can to resolve their issue. Always brand your call at the beginning and the end, keep that joy in your smile.
