Losing Hope
Its about a long time I have got job yet even though I am good in designing. I want to be a full time design Engineer. I have done Mechanical Engineering but haven't got a job. I have lost hope. This was a field which I wanted to be in but past few days I have been thinking that did I made the right choice. What can I do no reply from anywhere. I have applied at lots of companies but no reply just rejection emails.
Don't give up. Find something, anything to earn some money. Continue to follow up where you already applied. Persistence pays off.
Don't lose your hope. That's God's gift to nourish your soul and give you vital energy. Look for something to hold you over (not your dream job) while you continue looking. We are pulling for you.
You might have to apply for lower level jobs such as in manufacturing, assembly or production. Once they see what type of worker you are, then you will be able to advance into an engineering position with that company. You need to start at the bottom and work your way up.

Go to a job fair. Also network. In Milwaukee Rockwell and GE hiring.
You need to demonstrate to the potential employer that you can actually do "design" engineering. If you no experience, this can be a problem. Int this case, get another mechanical engineering job and see if you can pick up the design skills on this job. Also, redo your resume and emphasize any skills or related skills to the job you are applying. Good luck to you.

There are design jobs all over. You just need to be ready to move. Also, be willing to jump at an opportunity. You’re in a great field.
