Shift: This is a work from home position from anywhere in US, however must be available to train 9-5:30 ET M-F for first 4 weeks, then schedule will be based on business need and time zone Pay Rate: $51.50/hr Duration: 9-month contract with a possibility of going perm depending on performance Tentative Start Date: 08/14/2017 Role/Requirements: Prior Authorization Pharmacist will perform clinical review of prior authorization requests. Will Utilize clinical experience and skills to apply the appropriate clinical criteria/guideline, policy, procedure and clinical judgment to render appropriate coverage determinations. • Must have a current unrestricted state pharmacist license in state of residence; RPh or Pharm.D degrees • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, as they will be interacting with other healthcare professionals • Must have HIPPA compliant home office with computer and high speed internet

Pharmacist must use own phone and computer for training and until computers and phones are received. Phones provided are VPN and must be connected directly to modem.
