After face to face at Hiring Event..
Will I be notified of how I did or should I continue searching for employment. Was informed it could take up to a week to be processed, what if I don't get hired at this time?

Hi Tammy, I would definitely follow up at the Kroger store on the status of your application once a week has passed after the hiring event - it can't hurt!
