2nd call back
What does it mean when all you here is you made the decision so much harder! What in the blazes are they really saying about me?

I really want to work and be apart of your team

They're just TOYING with you!

It doesn't mean anything until they offer you a job. Keep searching don't act desperate. Use ESP and sych them out. Be in control.

A.) harder because you were a good candidate and that made their decision difficult to make B.) You did something or your resume made it difficult to put you in that position. Why wouldn't they explain what they meant if they bothered to make the comment?

it means its more difficult to tell you the truth maybe because you in a good mood or you happy or even you bought a gift for the person ... staff like that so now its more difficult to tell you the bad news .

You spelled "hear" wrong

It can mean one or two things. Either you got it or they are trying to choose between you or another candidate. I did an interview last year and was told that if I very a call for a second intetview, then the big boss wants to talk to you. I got the job but was unable to take it cause I had a bad allergic reaction and broke out in my face. I was hurt by it. They did give me 2 weeks to decide but unfortunately, my breakout did not clear until two weeks after the initial 2 weeks they gave me. The big boss was so impressed with me coming to the second interview looking like a monster. He said I'm the type of person he needs on his team. A dedicated worker. Don't fret, you got this. Please let us know if you got the job.

Good Day Kenneth Kluth,
Unfortunately it means whoever asks for less salary, wins the job.
Happiness!!!

You are not going to be hired. Perhaps they hired internally. The caller liked you and your qualifications and wanted the process to end on a positive note(for your self esteem).
The company is basically saying that both parties have accomplished some extremely honorary degrees of Life Accomplishments. However, when it all comes down to it and your the first one to have accomplished some extremely difficult situations, believe in God and more importantly more than anyone else, I truly believe and would honestly hire the person who raised themself and has overcome their own problems. Love SARGE!
