I am available for part time work, I have over twenty years experience in account management and construction office management including generating and processing preliminary liens and mechanical liens, conditional and unconditional waivers.

I have equal years experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, purchasing, contract negotiating and all tax and workers compensation monthly and quarterly reporting.
