Job Title: Customer Relations Agent
Location: Bentonville, Arkansas

Must be flexible from Monday-Sunday (work 5 days with 2 days off) and shift hours will rotate between 10:30 AM – 9:00 PM (8 hours per shift)
WHAT’S THE JOB: · Take inbound calls and assist customers with their inquiries, requests, and complaints · Responsible for taking the information and entering it into client-specific software
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: · High School Diploma or GED · Basic computer skills · Be able to pass Background Check and Drug Screen
