In need of work
I have a lengthy employment history with experience in retail, customer service, property management/leasing consultant. I'm in the Philadelphia area, and I can't seem to find work, or just any employer to call me in for an interview.

Don't look at CL unless you really have to. Try Glassdoor, Linkedin, indeed, Simply Hired and Monster. Have someone take a look at your resume. Since you don't have it here it is hard to know what your missing or what needs to be added. There are alot of jobs out there for a Leasing agent but what programs have you used in order to do your job?
Have you poste your resume and done job searches on the job boards (e.g. Indeed, Monster, CareerBuilder)?
