Switching companies
How long have y'all been with your current company? Been with my current company for 15 years now. would switch if the pay was better, but not sure how do I find out if a job I apply to pays higher? Is it worth the effort to go through the process of applying?

Yeah, that's tough. Do you like certain aspects of your current company? Is the only reason you'd consider leaving higher pay? I know Glassdoor has a lot of company salary reviews. You could start there to get a sense of salary potential with new companies!

Well, we have starting pay packages of .47cpm for OTR and .49cpm for regional. This is in addition to 6 paid holidays, guaranteed home Christmas, $100 on your birthday, hourly guarantees, and three types of bonuses. If you come on board before the end of the month, we have a $1000 sign on bonus and a $1000 driver thank you bonus (this will pay out 7/6/18.
