If your asked to cover a co-workers shift cover them if you are available if not they'll most likely cut your hours. That's what they did to me, when I wouldn't drive from Riverdale to Mt.Pleasant to cover a 2 hour shift. I went from 35 hours a week to 15 hours a week by the end of the week.
