This happened to me as well. I applied for a job and got the "we're going with previously selected applicants..." In other words they already had someone in mind but they still posted the job as available. I thought that was illegal but then there are plenty of loopholes they can jump through. Well, I guess if they play that kind of game, they're not worth working for.
