Preferred Home Health Care & Nursing Services, Inc. is hiring two hospital nurse liaisons – North Jersey/Manhattan and South Jersey/Philadelphia areas. The hospital nurse liaison will provide leadership in marketing, sales, and strategic planning initiatives, and be responsible for creating lasting relationships within the community and the overall day-to-day management of the business.

Responsibilities of Position

Analyze and react to the potential of the company’s service area to determine target markets Complete an analysis of the company’s “product” line to understand potential growth areas Develop marketing and sales objectives and forecast sales projections Develop a marketing plan, identify priorities, and set a reasonable timetable for achievement Maintain a close relationship with various hospitals, subacute rehabs and community services Assist with the development of new referrals for the company Participate in various marketing functions

Qualifications

Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) with pediatric experience Bachelor’s degree Experience developing relationships in a community setting Strong leadership skills, organizational skills, and excellent interpersonal skills Excellent verbal, written, and presentation/communication skills
