Office Manager/Reservationist

St. George, UT This Secretary/ Office Assistant must be able to work in a fast-paced office environment. This person must be able to exude great customer service skills and have the ability to stay calm, even while dealing with difficult clients at times. You must be able to work well with crew managers and members. As the Secretary / Office Assistant you will assume the duty of clerical and administrative support in order to optimize workflow procedures in the office. You will assist crew managers and executives by supporting them with planning and distributing information. You will be the point of reference for all queries, requests or issues and will be an integral part of the company’s workforce. Requirements: • Proven work experience as a secretary or administrative assistant • Familiarity with office organization and optimization techniques • High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability • Ability to take and follow direction Have excellent customers service and communication skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills Integrity and professionalism • Proficiency in MS Office Driver’s license and mode of transportation • The following skills are not a required but a huge plus: Knowledge of Quickbooks Knowledge of St. George and surrounding areas, the ability to speak and read Spanish Job Type: Full-time Required education: • High school or equivalent Required experience: • Quickbooks: 1 year • Computer Skills: 1 year • Office Management: 3 years
