People’s perception is their reality. Wrong or right, consumers have expectations that if not met and met quickly will seek out a product/service that meets these increasingly high expectations for complete, unwavering satisfaction. Communication is a key component to ensuring your message resonates and stands above the noise of other competitors offerings. Genuine and authenticity in your message must be felt. Uncovering a pain point in a current product or service are opportunities to satisfaction and meeting needs. Giving options to do business with you means more business. Commitment begins when the value of a product or service in the the mind of the buyer has been met or exceeded.

Thanks for this insight Keith! I agree that especially in today's world we want something and we want it quickly. Online reviews allow us to make those choices in a more educated manner rather than simply guessing. : )
