Now you do though so get to the Bay Area, I believe St. Mary's Medical center is hiring and while it's not the best union, my buddy is a union rep for that union and he makes big bucks on the side buying foreclosed houses in the ghetto over here and renting them to illegals. Seriously, the $60K salary is nothing for SF but you have a chance of marrying a doctor and you can sell the sample meds(I used to buy garbage bags full of the Viagra samples from my Dr.'s receptionist, prior to that I HAD been buying vicoprophen samples from my 92 year old Dr;'s receptionst. Viagras used to fetch $25/ea when I was in College. Now they only go for about $10 but I would buy like 1000 100's and 2000 50's for $400 total!
