It is 40% of your score card and it is sometimes difficult when the client doesnt want to do anything but cash a check or make a deposit and leave. Some times you will have to pressure the client to sit down and although bank of america does not want to sell anything or try to force customer they actually prefer it since they know getting customers to sit down is hard.
