Disqualified/Over Qualified!
I'm under the impression that after the multiple assessment test and phone interviews that most jobs are requiring once you get the Initial interview that the ppl conducting are madly intimidated if your looking apart from them POLISHED I've gotten the same emails we regret to tell you most the times everyone think I'm the executive from Corp. I tell them I came for an interview they all were in awe so Basic as can be no need walking in looking like a total asset and delivering exceptionally you won't get the job.

Well I beg to differ for I am a tractor trailer driver who lost his job in October and since then I have gone on many interviews. Here it is the 2nd week in January 2017 and I am still unemployed. Point being just because you are called in for an interview doesn't mean you're going to be hired. Yes its a step in the right direction but like in life there are no guarantees. Just be yourself and keep looking. Seek and ye shall find.

I'm ecstatic to announce I was hired by an Elite Mortgage Company.

If you are applying for a position where someone is intimidated by your attire, it's not a place you would want to be employed. First impression speaks volumes. With that said, how you are dressed in addition to the interview will be crucial factors in the determination.

Monique, Please get over yourself. Understand that not everyone is in "Awe" of you when it comes to being dressed well for an interview. Job/career seekers need to always dress appropriately for interviews but the seeker may have a uniform to wear while at work. Find some humility and realize that no matter how fabulous you feel you look, the qualifying abilities you can put into professional situations, are what matter.

I know how you feel. Some feel intimidated with your character, style, and background.

I have applied with over 50 jobs and I have gotten the same response. It really is frustrating. I did however finally get an interview with a company that is exactly what I did before.. Hang in there the right one will come along.

Thanks that is all you're supposed to do. Not everyone is going to listen to that kind of pep talk.
Sometimes, there are times where it seems no one is interested in what you-as-a-individual has to offer their company, or organization. Believe me I know all to well what you are going threw. There was a period in my past that I received those same "Sorry to inform You" responses, but that's all they were (Responses). Those reply letters do not represent who you are, nor do they define the contents of your character. What I have found is the wording in my resume it's what may have been the issue. Let your resume speak to the job in which you are applying. It's not (What You Say), but (How Are You Saying It) in your resume. Let your skills and abilities adhere to the position that you are interested in. Once I realized that, I started receiving "We Think You'll Be A Perfect Match" responses and "When Can We Set An Interview?" Keep trying, Critique-Your resume, don't give up! Best Wishes.
