I started working at Krispy Kreme about 5 years ago in the summer just to make some money while I was still in high school. It was fun at first, the managers were really cool, the people I worked with actually worked and everybody got along for the most part. It didn't start getting bad until some retail people moved up in the ranks, and other managers moved to our store. It wasn't long before the store turned into a three ring circus to say the least, retail workers and supervisors felt like they had more power and control than they did and nobody felt like they needed to do work. Drama was the only thing consistent in that place.
