When interviewing for a cooking position is having a Food safe certificate to present,that will make you stand out and could raise your pay. The certificate is easy to obtain through online or in person course, same day graduate. If your a multitasking individual, cooking will be up your alley.The cooking career isn't just cooking, it details;setup, portioning, weighing,slicing, dicing, cleaning, dating, rotating, cleaning, planning, stocking, cleaning, preparing, monitoring, cleaning, breakdown and etc..I mentioned cleaning many times, it's a key thing,both hand washing and housekeeping .The fun begins when you get to make Beautiful; delicious dishes,people eat with there eyes and I do...
