Hey Michael, Each program should have a Management Training option for those individuals interested in building a career within NAF. The only limitation is if there is a lack of government funding to create more leadership jobs. From what I remember, special pre-requisites are needed to qualify but you can ask you immediate supervisor for more info. You might also want to consider becoming a direct federal civil service employee.
