How do I word my resume when I've been out of the workforce for 15 years? I'm 46 years old and currently going back to school to finish my degree but I need to return to work while finishing up.

Yes please just because you have not been employed, it does not mean your time out of the working field did not count. Its important to an employer to know what you have been doing while not working. Always add volunteer work and include your current student status. A brief objective can help explain the gap of employment.

List all employment up to the date you stopped working. Add all volunteer work in between and current job history.
