I have been struggling to make the distinction between the two roles other than my spiritual aspirational post and just giving Jobcasers uplifting advice, as to how not be discouraged by potential job searches and outcomes.

On the other hand, there is some post that I make that I am assisting in recruiting for those companies. They will typically always have a "JOB CODE or JOB NUMBER" attached to the post. These particular positions are one that I not only post for those interested in the position, and therefore request they send me their resume and cover letter directly to my email to begin the stages of submittal.

You will also find that those positions I am offering a Finder's Fee for referral candidates as well and this commissioned amount applies if the candidate is "Hired", and fulfills their 90-day probationary period.

In addition, I have now been able to collect a list of companies offering "Sponsorship" as in H1Visa's. This list has not be released as of yet on Jobcase, but will very soon be. Presently, I am just sending it to those who have contacted me in the past concerning employment.
