I've been out of work for a year. It has been many phone & Skype interviews and dead silence after. I am older and feel this is part of the problem. Question is how to dress for an interview? I am a professional -management level in the retail fashion industry. Is a tailored suit still appropriate? A dress? ...or a casual "younger" business casual outfit?
