Frustrated
I have been looking for a new job for a while now. I have great customer service skills, no degree, but I have great leadership skills. I have applied almost everywhere (but it's very hard to find a job with benefits and about $10/hour.) any suggestions?
Hi Casey, Thanks for posting on Jobcase! Have you been following up on your applications? This is a great way to check on the status and make sure they were actually received by the manager. I recommend calling 1-2 days after submitting them, and then again 1 week later to either set up a time to meet with the manager or to just see if you are being considered for the position.
Also, with some of the skills you have, I think you would be a great receptionist! Have you applied for those sort of jobs? I see on your profile you are located in Gladstone, MI. Is this where you are looking for work? Let me know and I'll try to help!
