Oh cool! What I would suggest is going to another Aldi store in the area (or calling it, if it's too far away) and speak to a store manager there about when the new location will be accepting applications. Most store managers within a certain area report to one district manager, so chances are that store manager will have the answer you're looking for. Let me know if this helps!
